I’ve become an MMO person.
I was already an unemployed man living in his dad’s attic; I didn’t really need to make the situation even more… perfect? But, the Star Trek MMO went free-to-play recently, and I am now 100% infected with that particular disease.
I just… I don’t know how to feel about this, you guys. Every time I log in, I say to myself, “So, this is the way the world ends.” I’m not ashamed, nor should I be, but at this point, I tend to feel like I’m experiencing my life in the third person. It’s as though I’m watching footage shot by a film crew in the process of making a documentary about my gradual descent into irrelevancy.
Whatever. Klingons ain’t gonna shoot themselves.
